WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
We, ZAFIRO offer free shipping on all Spanish peninsula orders over €200 placed on the ZAFIRO webshop. Standard shipping fees will apply for webshop orders below €200, as follows:
- €5.95 – Spain Mainland Standard
- €8.95 - Spain Mainland Express
The following European countries are as follows:
- €8.95 – Balearic Islands
- €20.95 – Canary Islands (import fees may be applied by customs)
- €7.95 – Portugal (excluding Madeira)
- €15.95 - Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, Czechia
- €30.95 - Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden (up to 6kg)
There is no policy currently in-place to ship items free of charge FOC when over a certain amount outside of the Spanish mainland.
SHIPPING TO THE UK
At the moment we are not currently shipping to the UK as the costs are too high, however if you are genuinely interested please ask for a quote as we may be able to find a service to suit you. Any import fees or duty will be your responsibility. Delays can occur due to customs.
WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?
Your order is typically shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship every Wednesday & Friday. Our last shipping date for 2024 is the 19th December.
*Please note that during Christmas and New Year Holiday Season, delivery times may be longer than usual.
After your order is shipped out, the estimated time of delivery varies by region.
The following are general references:
Spain (Express): 1-2 business days
Spain (Standard): 3-4 business days
Portugal: 2-4 business days
The Rest: 5+ business days
Any delays for orders that have already been shipped is out of our control and requests for returns or refunds caused by external delays will automatically not be accepted.
