We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days of receiving the order unless it is a pre-order product.
Please allow for extra days over busy holiday periods & bank holidays. You will always receive a tracking number & courier name/website tracking link with your shipping confirmation email, when we fulfil your order.
We mostly use ‘’Correos’’ (Spanish Post Office) for our National deliveries, as they are the only ones allowed to deliver to P.O. boxes, making it easier for those living in rural areas to receive their packages. The exception of hard feed which would be sent with a local logistics company or ‘’Correos Express’’ if it is only one or two bags. International deliveries are nearly always UPS. Most of these companies offer a two attempt try to deliver your package.
We are not responsible for any non-delivery of orders due to failed delivery attempts & it would be your responsibility to contact your local representative for that courier to arrange any further deliveries or collection.
Postal Delays
We cannot be held responsible for any postal or delivery delays with the couriers which would be out of control, this would include but not limited to; Customs, strikes, riot, invasion, service strikes, terror attacks or threats, weather, disease/plague, natural disasters, fire and/or failure of telecommunication networks.
In the instance that your package arrives late & damaged in anyway, please contact us immediately through our contact form or by email, this has to be done within 48hrs of you receiving the damaged package, otherwise the courier companies may not accept any claims. 
Brexit & Customs Payments
We operate on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, which means that you, the customer, are responsible for any import duties, taxes & custom charges that may apply to release your package from international customs.

Taxes & import duties vary from country to country, so we recommend that you first contact your local tax office to see what or if any fees will be payable. Tax & Duty charges are entirely out of our control.

It is your responsibility to pay for these charges, should they apply. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless these have been cleared. Delaying or refusing to pay for these charges will result in your package being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund.

No refunds on any orders will be made until the returned package has been received & checked by ourselves. Packages that have been ‘’Returned to Sender’’ can take up to three months to arrive to us, so please bare this in mind.
